Key Design Advantages

1. Load-Sensing PPPC Hydraulics

The variable piston pump with proportional-priority pressure-compensation (PPPC) valve was developed specifically for motor grader duty. Power is distributed on demand, reducing energy loss and hydraulic heat while letting multiple functions operate simultaneously. The main pump is now driven directly from the transmission PTO, eliminating the former cab-mounted driveshaft, cutting noise and daily grease points.

2. Precision Operator Controls

The cab sits on the front frame for clear sight lines to the blade and front axle during articulation. Short-stroke joysticks with tight spacing reduce fatigue and make compound movements natural. The electro-hydraulic seven-hole linkage provides one-button pin change from the cab, giving excellent blade reach for ditching and slope finishing. Standard blade float lets the moldboard follow ground contours in snow and light-soil work.

3. Heavy-Duty Frame & Powertrain

The drawbar uses a twin square-steel A-frame for long fatigue life, while the flange-type box-section frame and CAE-optimized front frame upper/lower plates deliver consistent strength under high-cycle loading. The SEM-proven rear axle and balance box use four-planet final drives and oil-bath lubrication; the 2,000-hour oil-change interval lowers owning cost. A 43°C cooling package is standard; a 50°C package is optional for hot climates.

4. Simplified Maintenance

The new molded engine hood creates a family look and opens wide left and right for daily service. The drawbar ball joint is bolted and replaceable with shims for wear adjustment. External caliper disc brakes offer short stopping distances; friction discs are shared with SEM wheel loaders for easy parts sourcing. A glass transmission level gauge and raised oil filler make fluid checks and changes faster.

5. Safety & Fleet Integration

Dual-circuit service brakes provide redundant stopping power. The instrument panel offers three-level alarm monitoring, three-point contact handrails aid cab entry, and a single key operates the entire machine. A standard telematics system supports fleet tracking and remote diagnostics.
